Actually Iran

Hello, this is Sylvia

What a great adventure! We have been here for several days now and it is still quite incredible. Incredibly many impressions, incredibly much kindness, incredibly much new and foreign things. We nailed our own performance, which was not possible otherwise because we as a group stick together so much. Since then, we have become even more like little stars, everyone wants to take pictures with us :D Now we can relax. For me, that means seeing the many other performances. Every one I have been to so far has been special, unique, and beautiful. Unfortunately, I couldn't understand the language in the Iranian contributions, which is very sad because the Iranians speak a lot, gladly, and emotionally in their plays. But it was still great. Many people in our group prefer to explore the city and experience the foreign country. However, I feel like I am experiencing it enough without diving into the hustle and bustle. What annoys me the most is that the Iranians are not particularly good at organizing. Every small extra request, such as wanting to visit a theater performance alone, leads to endless discussions, contradictory information, and requires a lot of patience. In the end, I managed to go, which is what really matters, but the journey there was exhausting.

By the way, the photo shows the park in front of the theater where we performed. There was a rainy day, but it did not come close to watering the plants here.
