After a slightly short night, we went for a classic breakfast this morning. Just looking at the breakfast, you gain weight... after the strengthening, we relaxed and took a bus tour of New York. Passing by all the famous sights, there was a quick flash.

Unfortunately, the rain caught up with us and we had to have lunch...

Afterwards, we headed towards Bryant Park. The park was converted into a small Christmas market, with an ice rink in the middle for ice skating.

Behind Bryant Park was the Public Library. Famous movie scenes were shot there, for example, in Sex And the City.

We took a little walk and arrived at Grand Central Station. The train station with the most platforms worldwide.

The evening highlight was, of course, the Rockefeller Center with its illuminated Christmas tree. We didn't have to search for long, the crowd of people showed us the way. Completely overwhelmed, we fought our way through the crowd to get as far to the front as possible to take a picture.

On the opposite side, we watched the light show on the wall of Saks. Every 10 minutes, there are lights and music.

The New Yorkers haven't heard of an energy crisis yet. According to the last picture, you can see that the light show extends across the entire building front.

Enough impressions for Day 1. Day 2 is approaching and the program is planned 😉
