Every three months, the teachers meet with Keeley, Jim, and Monica to discuss the development of the children. Therefore, after Easter, some children will change classes again, including a few from the Tiger class. That's why I quickly took a photo because today is the last day of school before Easter. I have made the two other volunteers unrecognizable.
The other photo shows a section of a hair salon. I think these old, cast iron, ornate barber chairs are great. I didn't dare to go in, so I zoomed in on the picture from a distance. Besides getting a haircut, you can also get a "real" shave.
I can hardly believe it: in 22 days, I will already be flying back. Because of the Easter holidays, I will only be in the project for 11 more days, 8 of which are teaching days. I don't know how to say goodbye to the children, I mean, in what way. Should I give out sweets on the last day or rather something more sustainable? Should I give a little speech or not make such a big deal out of it?
