Dhal Bath, Dhal Bath, Dhal Bath and Dhal Bath again.
It feels like Nepalese people eat Dhal Bath for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Yes, that's their national dish. The motto is: The main thing is to get full quickly and easily. The best part is that most kitchens will keep refilling your plate until you're full.
Other than that, Nepal's cuisine is influenced by India and especially Tibet.
Among our favorites are MoMo and Thukpa.
Due to the high level of tourism, Nepal offers a wide range of food options: burgers, pizza, pasta, as well as Chinese and Korean cuisine, etc.
One interesting thing is that Nepalese people enjoy drinking beer, and of course, we couldn't miss out on that. However, since almost every beer here is "strong," one is usually enough for us.
We're not used to much anymore 😅
