Our first day in Hong Kong was spent in Kowloon. We had a Hong Kong-style breakfast: coffee and a 'Pineapple bun'. We strolled through the flower market and the bird market, visited Sik Sik Yuen Wong Tai Sin Temple and the Chi Lin Nunnery. We finished our day with a dim sum feast at the Michelin-starred Tim Ho Wan.
