Unfortunately, during my preparations for today's shore leave, I had not discovered any sights that were of interest to me.

So I took the tender boat without hurrying and took me ashore. There I began my exploration of the city, which took me through a varied market where even oysters were available for immediate consumption.

Then I set out on a mission to find a hairdresser who had time for me. Google Maps suggested one with mostly good reviews, which I went to. After about 20 minutes it was my turn and I was able to look at the hairstyle I wanted on a tablet. I was happy with the result.

Afterwards I bought some exotic juices and went back on board.

I had arrived back in time for a Sicilian folklore performance. More than twenty actors played music, sang and danced. At the very end, people from the audience were forced to come onto the stage to dance with them. I was one of them...

It went well and was actually quite funny. And in the main dining room I was rewarded with a very fine "Lobster Thermidor".

In the evening, the “Californian Soul Man” Bruce Parker performed.
