Ninhvana Backpackers, Nha Trang, Vietnam

ପ୍ରକାଶିତ |: 08.05.2018

The journey to paradise (as Ninhvana Backpackers was described to us) took, as expected, three days and included some of the worst, but also the most beautiful routes of our entire motorcycle journey. The worst ones were definitely the sections on the highways and the most beautiful ones were the coastal roads.

On our trip, we saw the rice fields in different stages, from ploughed fields and freshly planted seedlings to watered lush green fields, until the fields were dried out and the rice was harvested. The harvested rice is then dried on the roadside, sometimes even in the middle of the intersection. But take a look at the photos yourself. :)

To recharge, we stocked up on real dark sourdough bread, cheese and prosciutto at a deli in Hoi An. It cost us about as much as eating out locally 4 times (10 Swiss francs), but it was definitely worth it. So we stopped by a small stream off the road and had a cozy picnic. Luckily, we still had leftovers because in the evening when we finally found accommodation, we realized that there was no restaurant anywhere nearby. So we enjoyed the leftovers of our picnic for dinner.

Ninhvana Backpackers was truly like paradise. Especially because the weather was absolutely amazing. It had a beautiful infrastructure with a pool, football, volleyball and basketball fields, and was located right by the sea. We decided to make ourselves at home there for 4 days before heading to the cold hills of Dalat.
