Enjoying water in Cardwell

On our way to Cardwell, we make a stop at Crystal Creek where we enjoy the cool pools of the waterfalls and slide on the slippery rocks.

We stay overnight at a campsite teeming with wildlife, including spiders, frogs, mosquitoes, and other creepy crawlies, and we construct our own shower. ;)

After leaving our overnight accommodation, we set out in search of the so-called 'Spa Pool'. The drive was worth it because when we arrived at our destination, we could jump into blue crystal clear water.

We quickly drive back to the village to buy meat for grilling, but it was a bit difficult and only possible with a very strange butcher.

Finally, we settle back into our dreamy spot and guide our Bavarian friends there. We tell each other about the past few days and enjoy the evening together.
