Midweek at IKEA

ପ୍ରକାଶିତ |: 20.08.2016

Space and time are lost.. Scary to realize today that half of the vacation is already over. We never know what day it is without our phones. That's why we also forget birthdays *big sorry*

Today we treated ourselves to a cultural highlight: a visit to a 'real' Swedish IKEA. And what happened? Just like at home. They didn't have any new different fabrics in the textile department, as hoped. Only the restaurant was somehow better. Much larger selection of cakes, cozier furnishings, and tastier food, but less on the plate. Anyway, we finally managed to withdraw some Swedish crowns. It's not necessary to pay for every ice cream with a credit card. But every corner shop has its card terminal. Sometimes you don't even have to sign. Just don't lose it. Philip has already recognized the advantages of a credit card. He wanted to play mini golf again today. Dad says that's not possible every day, it's too expensive. But you just have to show a card, right? Why can't this childlike pink plush clouds pony farm mentality last forever? ;)

Plan for the afternoon: bike ride around the lake, or maybe just halfway. We only made it 1/100 of the way. The four-year-old lost interest after 20 meters and drowned out the path with constant crying and complaining. The rest gave up. We gathered with an ice cream at the campsite bouncy castle. By now, everyone is in bed. We'll clean up today. Tomorrow, it continues.
