Apple strudel

Surprisingly, there are many signs advertising apple strudel here in Namibia. But it's not only on the roadside where apple strudel or even 'Famous Apple Strudel' is promoted, it is also offered in many restaurants. The German influence is still very prominent in Namibia, as evidenced by various place, river, and street names. So far, we haven't tried apple strudel yet, but we prefer to sample the local specialties (except for a stop at the Swakopmund Brauhaus).
