The next morning we continue along the coast.
We then land at La Tonnara di Scopello, a collection of houses on the beach with a great backdrop. But we decide not to pay the 10€ per person fee.
We can't find a parking space for our bus there anyway, so we continue towards Zingaro National Park.
But when we arrive at the parking lot there, they turn us away, saying they don't want it to be too crowded. It's the weekend and very busy.
We take a walk along a steep road to the coast.
But it's not really nice down there, so we go back.
Then our next destination is a typical tourist town. San Vito Lo Capo seems to have seen better days, probably about 20 years ago. And everything is quite littered.
The beach doesn't entice anyone to come out.
It is said that you can stand on the coast further up the hill
We reach the parking space shortly before a heavy thunderstorm
I take some more pictures before it starts raining
Unfortunately, there is a lot of litter in the landscape every few meters.
The next morning we have a problem, it has rained heavily during the night.
Should I drive here? As expected, I get the bus stuck in the mud
And I have to start shoveling
Finally, after an hour,
I drive off the field next to the track.
