My cornish cycling impressions

After 3 relaxing days I started cycling again. The sun was shining and my batteries were fully charged. As I knew the area is very hilly, but I thought I'm fit. Haha! At the 10th steep climb I pushed my bike because my legs were already burning. But I passed some nice places, passed Newquay, had lunch at St Columb Major and made my way to Padstow. It started to rain and I decided to have fish n chips at the seaside instead of cooking.

Next day was sunny again and I cycled along the camel trail, an old railway. At the end of this smooth trail I stopped in a very nice cafe and than it was going uphill of course. But it was worth it because the Cornwall national landscape is a beautiful nature spot with sheep, horses, cows, rabbits and many more. When the clouds grew dangerously dark and I thought I'm the only person in this world, I met 2 english girls on the bike and we cycled some ks together. Our paths divided when I followed to coast way and they took the shortcut. The next day I figured out why they wanted to go inland. But on the other side they missed out the terrific sunset at Crackington Haven!
