Preparation successfully completed

A beautiful but also very exhausting long weekend with my girlfriend is coming to an end. We covered a total of 65 km, averaging 13 km per day. On Saturday, we had the opportunity to explore the Harz mountains in beautiful weather and climbed the highest peak, the Brocken. On Monday, we hiked through the mountain park in my hometown Kassel and admired the wonderful autumn landscape. Yesterday, we visited the Reinhardswald, where we spent the day at the zoo with raccoons and pot-bellied pigs. Although we had many experiences, we were glad to return to our own four walls and sleep in our own bed in the late evening.
Conclusion: I'm really excited about the Camino and the 240 km ahead of me, and I'm well prepared!
