Markgräflerland - Grand Ballon / France - Freiburg - Ko Phangan / Thailand

Sawadee- Kaa !! (Hello in Thai)

My dear friends, I hope you're all doing well !?

8 weeks have passed since the last report. The bus has now arrived in Markgräflerland and I have seen a whole lot more of our corner of the Earth in the vast universe, and things are finally moving forward with the bus.

Bus News:

The cylinder head on the bus is kaput, the timing belt gave out beforehand. After extensive expert discussions spread across the globe, a repaired cylinder head from the far north will arrive in Markgräflerland in the coming days, and thus the bus should be roadworthy again next week. Fingers crossed :)

During this whole time, I've also seen and experienced many things. I've gotten to know and love my family even better, I've hiked up the Grand Ballon in France, participated in the Gutedel wine hike, danced to electronic beats on the Alt-Rhein, had many fun-filled evenings/days/nights with friends, and finally made it to the Thai islands. There, I spent a wonderful time with a long-time friend and experienced the funniest return flight of all time with Marco from Dortmund, which felt a bit like a 'daily soap'.

Now that I have dedicated myself to a different and more modern distribution system, the posts will hopefully reach you at a faster interval. so that pictures also directly match the text... well, a bit of chaos never hurt anyone :)
