Frankfurt ✈️ Bangkok

After a total of 15 hours of flight, I have safely landed in Bangkok.

With German punctuality, I arrived 3 hours early at Frankfurt Airport to start my vacation without stress. However, after 20 minutes, I was already at the gate and wished I had stayed at home for an extra hour of sleep.

Nonetheless, I had time to prepare my mind for the long journey ahead. Somehow, it takes longer to process everything in my head, and I believe I won't fully arrive until I find myself back in the hot, loud, and colorful Bangkok and experience it with all my senses.

The farewells from my loved ones were naturally difficult and have emotionally affected me a bit, and to be honest, there is quite a bit of homesickness hanging over me like a cloud right now.

Bangkok is a lot to take in all at once, but I think that if I travel further north, I will gradually start to feel more at home.

Now, I'm heading to a park here in Bangkok so I can relax for a bit before checking into my hotel later!
