Gstaad - the destination is reached

After starting in Chamonix, the first challenge was to overcome the Montets. After descending to the Swiss border, it went uphill again to the Forclaz. Then a descent of 1000m to Martigny.

There we noticed that we are back in Switzerland, as they no longer served us in a garden restaurant at 10:45 am because they wanted to set the table for lunch...

We continued with tailwind to Bex, where we took the train to Villars and then had another 500m to the Col de la Croix ahead of us. At the pass, we had the first Rivella in the bistro while listening to German Christmas music.

In the descent, the road suddenly blocked due to road work. A warning sign was only placed below the construction site. From Les Diablerets, we still had to conquer the last climb on the Pillon. Then the final descent to Gstaad, where individual thunderclouds were already visible.
