Ferrara - Rolo

We had breakfast in the hotel next door, which was very good by the way, fresh fruit, all Italian coffee and filter coffee. We were aiming for Brescello, but we knew that was too ambitious and that we would have to spend the night there sometime before that.
The route that the satnav recommended to us was very scenic and bike-friendly. Today we went away from the Po, through an agricultural area. The weather was perfect for cycling. By chance there was a market in a larger town along the route. At a grill station that specialises in fish, we got two mixed fish skewers. Unfortunately they were cold, like seafood salad on a skewer. Then we continued on. In the afternoon, with a small beer, we looked for a B&B that is about 30 km from "Don Camillo & Pepone" and can therefore be reached tomorrow morning. We will decide how we will continue afterwards. Deutsche Bahn and Flixbus are fully booked for the next few days with bicycles. We'll see and then we'll send them...
