Champion Beach

Hello from Champion Beach,

our recent bike tour passed by many diving schools, beautiful beaches, and even a golf course. The fact that one bike was constantly squeaking and another bike's chain was jumping off every 500 meters couldn't ruin our trip. In the evening, we decided to stay on Tioman for a few more days, but on the other side of the island at Champion Beach. With a jeep taxi, we took a 45-minute ride across the island, through the deep jungle and on steep roads to our destination. Arriving at Permata Beach Chalet, we realized what a great choice our accommodation was. Our chalet is right on the beach and has a hammock hanging in front of the small terrace, between palm trees, and a beach shower. After a day at the beach and a hike to Ali's waterfall, we decided to extend our stay in this beautiful place on Earth for one more day. After last night's dinner, we could end the evening with some billiard games and a long moonlit beach walk. Our plan for today is to visit another waterfall and, if possible, do some snorkeling before heading back to the mainland tomorrow.
