The Night Noise

The night noise in Salzburg deserves a mention. The Nord-Sam campsite is located near the main railway line. There is not only heavy train traffic, but also shunting maneuvers and track construction work at night. Earplugs helped.

The Days

The tour to Salzburg went through the hilly hinterland except for the route along the Salzach. There were short steep ascents of around 10%, but also corresponding descents. At 28°C in the shade, we were quite exhausted as there was not always shade available.

And tomorrow we will continue into the mountains towards Italy.
