05/03/2018 - Teller #024 - Fish again in the winery

It was a beautiful sunny day and I came up with the idea to explore the wineries by bike. What fun it was! :-)

So I grabbed the pink ladies bike with the basket on the front and cycled from winery to winery.

For lunch, I stopped at the Saint Clair winery.

After the wine tasting, I spontaneously decided to stay for lunch because the restaurant was beautiful and the wines were delicious.

Spontaneously, the fish caught my eye. I had Snapper on saffron mashed potatoes, a herb salad and apple dressing.

Very tasty, but once again slightly overcooked.
