That's when evolution started...

Today we went to the Cango Cave, a kilometer-long stalactite cave. When most people think of a stalactite cave, they probably think of it as cold and uncomfortable. However, since this was formed horizontally in the mountain, it has a constant temperature of around 20 degrees all year round. Concerts were held in the first hall until the 90s. Unfortunately, due to the destructive behavior of many visitors, this is no longer possible these days. Our guide performed a German drinking song so that we could also experience the wonderful acoustics live.

In the afternoon we visited an ostrich farm, learned a lot about these huge (and ugly) animals and the meat eaters got their money's worth with a delicious, medium-rare ostrich steak.
