Yorkshire Dales National Park

It continued into the Yorkshire Dales National Park. A high meadow area.

It is characterized by endless roads that go up and down grass-covered untouched hills.

Horse-drawn carriages on the right

It is raining quite miserably, it is windy and cold. But it is warm on the bus and we are sitting behind the huge window like in a widescreen movie theater.

So we are cruising through the National Park all alone, we haven't seen 10 cars all day. The roads are bad and only two lanes in front of the cattle gates. Exactly what I wish for as a moped rider.
Small villages with few houses like a hundred years ago.
We park right at the Buttertubs Pass, the so-called Butter Barrel Pass. Some rock formations look like them, hence the name.
