We started bringing down the Christmas stuff from the attic on Monday and started decorating, so Ara could also enjoy it. We set up the wall decorations and figures, and yesterday we did the trees. Ara did the small tree in the kitchen, and I did the big one in the living room. She picked out some odd things and some cute things, but when we started decorating the big tree and still had a whole box of things left to put on it, Ara and I lost some of our enthusiasm. It just became too much and we didn't know where to put everything, and it was also annoying because Ara kept showing us things and telling us how beautiful and fabulous they are, and I was just thinking that I only bought them voluntarily. But well, as long as she likes them, I was nice and said how nice the things are. But all in all, it was pretty funny.
