Hotspot El Nido

El Nido is definitely a must-see in Palawan. Here you will find beautiful white sandy beaches, turquoise lagoons, steep limestone cliffs rising from the water, and coral reefs on one of the many boat tours through the archipelago. However, El Nido is also quite crowded with tourists due to its beauty, there are definitely too many boats and people on the water, which takes away some of the magic. Additionally, I had a bit of bad luck with the weather as it rained a lot due to the slow beginning of the rainy season. To escape the hustle and bustle, I explored the island again with a scooter and relaxed on the beautiful and less crowded surfer beach, Duli Beach.
