We finally made it to one of my absolute favorites: Abel Tasman. A national park at the top of the South Island 🌳🌿🌊

There are great hikes, beaches with fine sand and light blue water. We went on a 1.5-hour hike and felt very comfortable, with pleasant temperatures and sea breeze. However, it was simply too cold for us to go for a swim 🥶

In the evening, we met up with a friend from my studies and her boyfriend for dinner at a vegetarian restaurant 🍕 We had a great view and nice conversations.
