Tourist prices

Of course, we pay more than the local population in many places here in Namibia, whether it's the entrance fee to the national park or negotiating prices at the market. However, it seemed a bit exaggerated to us that we paid about double the price for a replacement tire for our burst tire compared to Switzerland. But what can you do when there is no other option to get a new tire within a radius of over 100 km? We grit our teeth and pay the 320 CHF for the replacement tire, grateful to have two spare tires in stock again. However, Fredy didn't help with mounting the tire for this price, even though the gentlemen with the existing pneumatic machine couldn't handle it and eventually had to hammer on the tire.
