Blue Duck Station: conservation of true NZ nature

Because of the settlement in the 18th/19th century and the introduction of foreign animals, the native fauna and flora of NZ is at risk. Hunting and trapping of small mammals (which prey on birds or their eggs) is the current solution to this problem.
