Our flight and arrival in Vancouver

Very early in the night, our big journey began with a car ride to Leipzig/Halle Airport. After checking in our luggage, the hardest part came - the emotional goodbye. Arriving safely in Frankfurt, we had to wait for our 10-hour connecting flight to Vancouver, where we landed with a one-hour delay. (In summary, our flight was quite boring and consisted of 48% eating, 45% sleeping, and 7% bathroom breaks.)

We also unexpectedly handled the dreaded process of obtaining visas and work permits without any problems.
