Meet new people...

On Monday, April 9th, we slept in and Maria Theresa brought us food in Tupperware containers again, and Marta brought us new juice. What a service!

Iderlan came in the afternoon and fixed our toilet flush, he can fix anything :D

Then Samuel came and said goodbye, as he had to go back to Fortaleza to work.

Afterwards, we went to the ice cream shop and had a delicious ice cream.

Iderlan knows everyone, so we stopped everywhere as we walked through the village and looked at things. First, we stopped at a motorcycle workshop and looked at a car with huge built-in speakers. They immediately turned on the music and we danced a bit on the street. The owner of the workshop invited us to his house and we had a beer and his nephew showed us his great paintings. He paints really well!

When we got back home, Lorena and Fabrizia came and brought us a gift. We learned a few words in Portuguese and then played cards. And all of this with hands and feet :D It's fascinating how that works, and it works even better with children!

Then we went to the local pub and Bruno and Marcelo gave us a delicious sandwich for free. He showed us his apartment and we talked about football once again (7:1) :D

In the evening, we looked at photos with Iderlan and went to bed.
