What a “quiet evening”!

As sobering as the day began, as enchanting was its end. As predicted by the weather forecasters, it poured intermittently like buckets from the morning. Yet somehow, the weather suited the day's schedule, as the annual general meeting of the Reisemobilfreunde Europa was on the agenda in the morning, to which only members were invited. According to usually well-informed sources, the meeting went smoothly, and after a hearty nap, preparations for the celebration of the 20th club anniversary could begin.

As expected, the Beach Club had everything under control. Great food, quick service, a wide selection of drinks – what more could you ask for? It was generous of the club management to invite not only members but also guests to the event. Of course, in the official part, expertly and charmingly led by Administrative Chief Karl Meyer, honors for long-standing members and jubilarians could not be missed.

Once that was done, DJ Michael prepped his speakers. He had two and a half hours of the finest rock, pop, and Kölsch ready. With an electric guitar and his calm, confident voice, he really got the audience going. From the first song, the dance floor was full – even surprising Michael.
