Tag 295 - We're coming home

Hello dear ones,

Now it's time and we're returning to real life ☺️

Today we stayed in our room until the very last minute and enjoyed the wonderful view from the balcony.

After checking out, we went to the beach for one last tasty meal and enjoyed the sea air.

At 3 pm, it was finally time: refuel the car, return it, walk the rest to the airport and check in. Once at the airport, everything was much easier than expected! At first, we were a little anxious about the return flight because of all the forms and constantly changing regulations.

We departed for Frankfurt at 6:30 pm. The return flight only took 10 hours and the seats were much more comfortable, with more legroom - so it was quite bearable.

After a one-hour layover in Frankfurt, the second-to-last part of the journey began: the flight to Basel.

By now, we were quite tired, as both of us had only slept for about an hour - but luckily, everything went smoothly again ☺️

And even during the final stage, everything went according to plan: at Basel Airport, we were picked up by a transfer and taken to our car. One hour later, we were home and started unpacking ☺️

Now our vacation is over and work is calling again.

We had another wonderful time abroad and can't wait for the next opportunity ☺️
