The trip from 16.04.23 to 18.04.23

Half of the journey distance has been completed. On Sunday, we reached about 100 km before Lyon. We stayed overnight at the familiar camping site in Tournus. It is conveniently located right off the highway and has a restaurant. The temperatures were very cool, around 10 degrees during the day and 7 degrees at night.

The advantage of traveling on Sunday was that there were no trucks on the roads, but as a result, the parking lots were crowded and we couldn't find a parking space twice to take a break.

On Monday, we continued to Villeneuve de la Raho (Camping 'Les RIVES du Lac'), about fifteen minutes before the Spanish border. The campsite is located by a lake and we really like it here. We took a rest day because the weather was great, over 20 degrees and sunny, no rain and around 14 degrees at night. The first beautiful day of the vacation.

Tomorrow, we plan to drive to Barcelona, which is only about 2 hours away, and explore the city.
