The older kids went to a waterpark today so we stayed with the younger ones and went to the playground again.

Since the kids were younger, the workers picked them up by car and dropped them off right next to the playground. Which took a while to get all the kids over there.

The weather was super nice today and it was the first time since I have been here that I wished I had put on shorts for the day.

I switched between many different slides and climbing towers around the park. There was always a kid that needed help to get up somewhere, was stuck somehow, or wanted to show me something.

Then I made the mistake of going to the swings and giving the kids a push. Suddenly there were 2 more kids that wanted to get on the swings and be pushed. And 2 more, and 2 more.... So that was the rest of my playground experience.

I just started giving kids a push as soon as they were sitting on the swing. Though suddenly there was this woman standing next to the swing. She just stood there and didn't really say or do something.

It was only when the boy that I was pushing said: 'Look how high I am Mom!' That I realized that this kid was actually not part of the kidz club but just a regular kid that was here with his mother and his little sister.

That was a bit awkward since I didn't know if I should stop now or keep going. And because she was wearing sunglasses, I didn't know if she was angrily staring at me or not.

After a while, his little sister wanted to have a turn, so the boy got off and the mother started pushing the sister. And the little sister kept saying: 'push me higher mom! I wanna be as high as my brother! Push me like he was pushing!'

And the mother just said: 'no that's too high and too dangerous we are not gonna do that.'

So I know now that she definitely did not agree with my pushing style.

After work, our weekend had started, so we took it easy. Kajan, the other volunteer at the club, is leaving this weekend and wanted to go to the pub in the evening.

We just talked for a bit but didn't stay too long. Tomorrow we will have another late brunch and mostly see if Kajan wants to do something special on his last day.
