Downtown Las Vegas

Last night we plunged into the nightlife of Las Vegas and after a short time we had to realize that it's not really our thing.... too loud, too hectic, too sleazy and too expensive.

Furthermore, both of us are currently suffering from a bit of 'too much Las Vegas' and wanted to take it easy today, so we canceled the planned second 'Hotel and Shopping Mall Tour'.

After both of us slept a bit longer today, we went to the Strip and treated ourselves to a good breakfast there. Strengthened, we boarded the bus to Downtown Las Vegas, the OLD LV.

There it all began with the casinos and hotels, but it's a bit quieter there now and the audience here belongs more to the category 'people like you and me'.

But even in downtown, the day flew by and we returned to the hotel with sore feet, tired, sweaty and with full shopping bags. The temperatures of over 40 degrees are already taking a toll on our strength. Tomorrow morning is all about chilling and in the afternoon we will take over the machines. I can't even think of putting on motorcycle gear in this heat.

Conclusion of the day: That's enough with fabulous Las Vegas! Experienced, seen, and done!
