Pacaras / Ballestas Islands

After spending two relaxed days at Duna Huacachina nearby Ica, I went to Pacaras, my last stop in Peru before heading back to Lima in order to catch my flight out.

Situated at the coast, it serves as a base to take a boat to the Ballestas Islands, inhabited by thousands / millions of birds which, as you may see in the pictures, give those islands a new, eeem, paint job 🤪💩
