Slow awakening around 8am, coffee and breakfast around 10am.
Today is “shadow day”, care for the tense skin and do nothing.
Dinner as recommended at the ODI (Osterie d'Italia) in San Miniato in a former hayloft: Antico Ristoro Le Colombaie .
Christian and I indulge in a 1.5 kg steak , and thankfully Lisa helps us with the last few pieces. It was delicious, but too much.
At home just grappa and off to bed.
