Day 1 (2016) Going to Abu Dhabi for the 3rd time!

Day 1 - Frankfurt - Abu Dhabi

Yay, going to Abu Dhabi for the 3rd time!

After spending the last two years in Abu Dhabi & Dubai during autumn, we have to switch to Easter holidays this year because our family, whom we always stay with, will not be there during autumn break. After flying to Abu Dhabi via Dubai last year with Emirates, we are flying with Etihad again this year.

Due to the school holidays, we have to take the night flight on Thursday evening as the kids still have school in the morning. We depart promptly at 9 p.m. towards Abu Dhabi, watch a movie, have dinner and then try to sleep. I hate night flights...
