Tag 32: On to the next adventure

Early in the morning, we set off to start in the next country. After a short stop at the bakery, we took a taxi to Ho Chi Minh airport, from where we flew to Singapore. Now it was time to say "Bye Bye Vietnam". It was a really exciting first month of travel, but now we were really looking forward to our next adventure. After a flight of about 3 hours, we finally landed at the airport in Singapore. There, we had to first orient ourselves, as the whole area is just incredibly large. We continued by MRT, Singapore's metro, to our accommodation, where we arrived at noon. First, we settled into our room and rested from the exhausting journey. In the afternoon, we took a walk to the nearby supermarket to fill up our fridge a bit. On the way there, we passed by some houses that were painted in various colorful colors. In the evening, we went to Marina Bay. From the Helix Bridge, we had a great view of the world-famous Marina Bay Sands Hotel and the breathtaking skyline of Singapore. Afterwards, we visited the artificial area with the huge Supertrees that light up in the dark.
