To the other end of the world

Monday/Tuesday: Our plane took off punctually at around 9 p.m. towards Doha/Qatar. We stayed there for four hours, most of which Elmar spent sleeping.

We then continued for 6 hours towards Phuket. We landed there at sunset local time (+6h). Off to the hotel directly at the airport and then the first delicious Thai meal. We were really hungry after the not so tasty airplane meal.

When we fell into bed, I hadn't slept in 36 hours - that's how it felt...

Of course there are also Christmas decorations for the tourists...
