Whiskey Museum and Leprechaun Museum (11/13/2016)

प्रकाशित: 13.11.2016

Today we first went to the Whiskey Museum. I, being a dummy, brought my camera along, but the SD card was still in the laptop. It's not like I've ever done something like this before. Pia, who was with me today, had a camera, but I can't post her pictures. Thankfully, Lisa had her tablet so I can at least show you a few photos. I didn't understand much, but the whiskey was good. Pia doesn't like whiskey, so I got to taste them all twice :)

Afterwards, Lisa and I went to the Leprechaun Museum. We were asked if our English was good enough for the tour, as it was at a very high level. But I understood everything on this tour, unlike at the Whiskey Museum. The tour of the Leprechaun Museum wasn't that cool, as everything was more child-oriented, with constant cheering and exaggerated enthusiasm from the guide. But now I know a few Irish legends.

I was laughed at in the post office when I answered the question of where we were from. The postal worker just laughed and said, "I'm sorry for you that we beat you yesterday."

Finally, we wanted to go to Grafton Street, as it was announced that the Christmas lights would be turned on today at 6:00 PM and it would be a big event. When we arrived just before 6:00 PM, the street was already crowded. At 6:00 PM, the street performers paused and everyone waited and waited and waited... After about 15 minutes, the first people left. When the Christmas lights were still off at 6:25 PM and the people were getting impatient, we also left. So much for the big event. I later saw on Facebook that the Irish managed it now.
