Patience and flexibility are a MUST when traveling by cargo ship. So it's perfect for me.

After the stop in Le Havre was canceled at short notice (presumably due to delay), the ship is now stuck in Easter traffic jam in front of the port of Antwerp. Planned entry on April 3rd, departure on April 4th.

To prevent the unpredictability of the French railway, I arrived yesterday, March 31st, via Paris. Unfortunately, Antwerp was fully booked, so there was another night in nearby Mechelen 🙈 (that's like if Zurich is fully booked and you have to go to Rapperswil, except Mechelen doesn't have a reigning CUP WINNER).

But now I'm in Antwerp and I'll be staying here for two more nights. It's supposed to be nice too.
