The island of happiness: Koh Lanta

After a whole day of driving, we finally made it to Koh Lanta. We're in THAILAND!!!

Once there, we rented a small bungalow on a small street that leads to the beach. There are several cannabis bars in the street where you can also order mushroom shakes. But don't worry, we didn't consume any drugs...

On the first day, we explored the beautiful island with a scooter. We're already a well-coordinated team, Lea is the scooter driver and Klara sits on the back with the fully packed backpack. The fact that you drive on the left side everywhere here has already burned into our brains.

We went from beach to beach, each one more beautiful than the other. In between, we stopped at food stalls. During the tour, we spontaneously booked a snorkeling tour for the next day. We successfully negotiated the price.

The next day would show whether the snorkeling tour to Koh Ha and Koh Rok was worth it. We weren't disappointed, on the contrary: it was amazing. We saw such beautiful reefs and fish that day. Lea couldn't take off the GoPro. At lunchtime, we had a buffet on the beach, which was also beautiful :D

On the last day on Koh Lanta, we started another scooter tour towards Old Town. We drove across the island to the other coast. In the small fishing village, there were small souvenir shops. The street looked like in the Wild West. Despite the extreme heat there, it was fun to browse around.

And then the journey continued again...
