Passing by Singapore, March 16, 2023

Today, we encountered the Queen Elizabeth during our passage by Singapore. When we return from Malaysia, we will also make a stop in Singapore.

The strait here is very busy, we even had to urgently avoid an LNG tanker that apparently had steering problems.

Like on land, the sea in Southeast Asia is also more of a garbage dump. We have already passed through 'garbage patches' where the water was colored and there was a lot of trash floating around. In the picture, a tanker is apparently taking the opportunity to clean the tanks.
