We survived the flight to Singapore. There was vegetarian food, even though we didn't order it and it was pointed out to us several times. There were films with poor sound quality. There were 10 different, varyingly uncomfortable but bearable positions in which we spent all the hours spread across our seats.

Singapore's airport is impressive. In particular, the green areas and exotic plants as well as the modern architecture make it, as it is called here, a “jewel”. Even when we are tired and Alina has a headache, I drag her from one green spot to the next. We have time, especially since our flight seems to have been pushed back 2 hours. There are exciting cacti and palm trees in the cactus garden, but it is far too humid here for Alina. It's more pleasant inside until I really want to see the infamous waterfall and Alina advises me to think about it again. How come? Well, he's out of boarding and who knows if we'll get back in.

Spoiler: of course :D

However, in the end we actually walk back and forth between two counters, have to apply for a one-day visa at a machine (free of charge), have our backpacks checked and collect a stamp. Now we just laugh about it.

Now we treat ourselves to a break in the snooze area. We don't fly until 2:45 p.m., so we have almost 4 hours left.
