Bay of fires & Halls falls

06.02.019 - Day 16

Today we got up completely relaxed and continued driving towards the north of Tasmania. Since the girls' car needed a short break to cool down, we passed the time with some music and good spirits. :-)

On our way north, we visited the Bay of Fires, where we climbed around for hours and watched the waves. It started raining and since we didn't want to miss out on the real jungle feeling, we drove to the Halls falls. Since we didn't know that we had to walk about 1.5 km through the rainforest, we left our flip-flops behind - not very recommended, especially not in the rain. :-D I slipped once :-D The waterfalls were super beautiful and the water wasn't as cold as expected. Now we're spending our second night in a row with 4 people in the car.
