Today, once again, we hit the slopes towards Chrisopigi without breakfast. After the chop yesterday, I wasn't hungry yet. I had put together the route from different hiking guides myself to have as little road as possible. It's so rural here! Still no hikers, but where you pass by, you are greeted friendly and sometimes asked where you are going, on foot.

Olive groves and mountains in abundance, in good weather. In Chrisopigi, I am staying in Georgina's guest apartment, who is also cooking for me tonight. There was

Turkey steaks with fried potatoes

Stuffed vine leaves

A big salad with feta and bread

A beer

And for dessert, ice cream.

Afterwards, I had a mountain tea with honey and a bowl of walnuts. Almost everything is from the neighbors in the village. And we had a nice conversation. She was at the fair in Hanover in the '90s.
