It was very nice today. Because we are looking for new travel plans and accommodations for the following days, the detailed report will be released - we are too tired. But we'll catch up.😉

We are now in Bremen! How and why we will tell later😊 We took the ferry with beautiful weather from Dagebüll to Föhr (3/4 hour sailing time)

Upon arrival, we immediately took the Kur contribution from the vending machine and went to Wyk! A very beautiful and idyllic town... we looked at the shopping street and even bought something! We needed a new backpack.

Afterwards, we ate some fish (what else!) and refueled with water before starting our walk!

This time they had built a beautiful boulevard along the beach (funded by EU money) where you can take a nice walk. What caught our attention was that we could not hear the sea! There was also no sign of any waves, which was probably the cause...

Then we went through a beautiful forest which eventually led to a street parallel to the sea, where the footpath was also the bicycle path (which is very common here), making it quite difficult to walk with all the cyclists who normally drive a VW or BMW...

But the reward was a delicious beer at a super nice terrace/café!

Afterwards, we thought we could catch the bus back by paying/getting up quickly and running, but unfortunately... so we had to take a nice but challenging walk of 5 km back and just missed the boat🥳

Well, luckily there is another one an hour later, and! We had already spotted a bar that had Capi hour! They were very tasty and we also caught the next boat on time!

In Dagebüll, we had dinner in our fish restaurant and then discussed how to proceed with us.

In the meantime, we have arrived in Bremen. We will tell you how and why later😃

We took the ferry from Dagebüll to Föhr in beautiful weather, which took three-quarters of an hour.

Upon arrival, we immediately paid the tourist tax of €2.60 per person at the vending machine and went to Wyk! A beautiful and idyllic town - we strolled through the streets and even bought something: we needed a new backpack.

Then we ate a fish sandwich (what else!), replenished our water supply, and off we went.

This time they had built a long boulevard along the beach (funded by EU money), where we could hike very well; what we noticed was that we couldn't hear the sea.

There was also no sign of any waves, which was probably the reason for that...

We continued through a magnificent forest, which eventually ended on a road parallel to the sea. Here, the pedestrian path was also the bicycle path in both directions (apparently normal here), which made walking very annoying with all the cyclists who usually drive a VW or BMW...

But the reward was a delightful beer in a café in the courtyard of an old reed house.

Afterwards, we thought we could catch the bus back by quickly paying, getting up, and running, but unfortunately... so then a cool but sharp hike of 5 km back to the harbor, just to miss the ferry.🥳

Oh well, luckily an hour later there is another one! We had already spotted a bar that had Capi hour - they were refreshing and we also caught the next boat on time!

In Dagebüll, we had dinner at our fish restaurant and then discussed how to proceed with us.
