Sea Day

A sea day can be quite exhausting. It started with 'Captain's Corner', an event where the captain, chief engineer, and hotel manager discussed their responsibilities and answered passenger questions. As always, it was interesting and entertaining.

Not long after, the talk 'Reykjavic: Iceland's Historic Capital City' followed, from which I was able to gather some tips for our upcoming visit.

The presentation 'Vanished! Pan Am, Malaysia Flight 370' dealt with aviation in general and the unresolved disappearance of a commercial aircraft.

'History of Hackers' focused on computer security. After that, I had to wear a formal suit to the lobster dinner. Subsequently, I went to the theater, where it was announced that due to rough seas, the concert had to be canceled for safety reasons. The singer Patricia Bernier and the Serenade Orchestra only appeared briefly to wave at us.

I enjoyed the view of the raging sea for a while and then went to bed early.
