Willkommen in Cork

Good morning Cork!
The first day in my new home welcomed me with bright sunshine. I had breakfast in my landlady's garden, which looks absolutely typical English to me. My roommate Sadie was likable from the beginning, and together with her and my landlady, we explored the campus, conveniently located just 3 minutes away from where I live. Then, the two of us took a look at the city center of Cork. I have never fallen in love with a city as much as this one, and I wish I could show you a picture of every little side street. Everything is colorful, the people are so friendly, and you instantly feel at home. I will show you pictures of the university later, but for now, here are a few of the city.

As you can see/read, I really like it here. Unfortunately, I still haven't received my suitcase, so yesterday, we went on a little shopping tour. Today, Saturday, is all about relaxing. I'm thinking of you, my dear Lava Mouth friends, shout, celebrate, and have a drink for me at the derby against St. Paul.
