Everything has an end - even the most beautiful vacation comes to an end 😔

Today we had to set our alarm because we had to be out of the cabin by 9am. So it was time to get up, get ready, pack everything into the last suitcase (we already put two suitcases outside last night and the crew took them down) and off we go. My husband then put the suitcase with the others in the terminal (everything organized by decks 👍)

After that, we went for breakfast. Today we actually sat a little longer and enjoyed it. We could also watch who was boarding the ship.

After breakfast, we went up to the pool deck to enjoy the last rays of sunshine and pass the time. When lunch finally arrived, we went to the restaurant to eat with our friends. This time we sat a little longer - we had time and nothing else to do 😉

At 3:20pm, it was finally time to say goodbye - and we went to pick up our suitcases and take the shuttle to the airport.

Everything went smoothly - so we finished everything without long waiting times and much too early. Now it was just a matter of waiting. At 7pm, it was time to take off! Due to a thunderstorm over Frankfurt in the afternoon, there was a bit of a "backlog" and we had to fly a few holding patterns, which delayed the landing a bit.

But now we landed safely and were back home around 0:30am 🏡
